Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only on prior approval.

Refund will be processed within 3-4 business days of receiving the returned item(s) without any damage.

Please use original packaging boxes and fillers to ship them back. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom or personalized orders and items bought on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
